Safe Support Limited. an Ofsted-registered provision, is dedicated to helping young people become more independent, thrive, and reach their full potential
We provide regulated support and personal care to young people who are leaving the local authority 'care' system but who still require an additional level of support.
A young person's age on admission is typically 16, and placements can continue up to 24 years, depending on the young person's needs.
We believe that every young person is different and, as a result, operate a person-centred approach to support and personal care that meets individual needs effectively.
Our individualised service provision puts the young person at the heart of everything we do.
We offer two single-occupancy, high quality properties providing solo placements for young people transitioning to independence.
